STUDENTS ACHIEVEMENTS

The students have given us several reasons to be proud this year at the Department.

• Ms. Tasha Patel, student of T.Y.B.A won the second prize at the P.C. Alexander Elocution Competition held at Mumbai in November. She was representing the University of Pune.  

• Ms. Jovia D’souza and Ms.Tasha Patel students of T.Y. B.A won the prestigious Gokhale Cup of debating organized by the Nowrosjee Wadia College.  Ms. Jovia D’souza also won the third prize for the Best Individual Speaker at the competition.

• Ms. Tasha Patel won the Best Individual Speaker Prize in the English categories respectively in the Karmaveer Bhausaheb Hiray National Level Inter Collegiate debating competition held in Nashik.

• Ms. Jovia D’souza has won the first prize in IDFC – In Our Hands, a National level Essay Writing competition – which included a certificate and a Flipkart Gift voucher of Rs 20000

• Ms. Farhana Shaikh Sarvari, student of F.Y.B.A has won the First prize in an Inter University / college Essay Writing Competition organized by Vaikunth Mehta National Institute of Co-operative Management.

• Ms. Tasha Patel and group won the Third prize in a Street play competition organized by St. Mira’s College, Pune as part of their Inter Collegiate festival entitled ‘Wordfest’.
