Adios !

On the 21st of April, a box of gifts, thank you notes, and an array of goodies were all awaiting the arrival of M.A. -II students. Reason, well, it was time to bid adieu to our post graduate students. The first year M.A. students had arranged a very thoughtful farewell party, the location of the first part of which was the Multimedia room. Here, the outgoing students reminisced about the years gone by and the current batch expressed gratitude  for the help rendered and the advice that was freely shared. Dr. Mukul Joshi, Head Department of English wished the students luck for their future and spoke about the Research Centre that our department now boasts of being. Dr. Munira Lokhandwala too added her wishes and wished the students for all their future endeavours. The out going batch was a given a small token of remembrance from the current batch reviving many memories of the past.

The party then changed scene and moved to the more informal environs of the green galaxy where a host of games and some delicious snacks awaited the students.Post the exciting games a lip smacking cake was cut in celebration for the future to come and as a remembrance of the years gone by.
