The winners and participants of Litt Fest along with the Department members took some time off to celebrate and went for a picnic to Indigo resort near Kanhe on the 24th of January. The resort cradled in the lap of nature was a perfect getaway from the hustle bustle of the city. The bus full to capacity and resounding with the excited voices of the children reached the resort early morning and following a round of the resort the kids were free to enjoy the sojourn. The resort was a treat for the enthusiastic photographers as it provided them with ample of picturesqueness, besides which, what really excited the students was the adventure sports of river crossing and trekking that the resort had organized for the students. The rafting facility had students in water for a really long time with students reluctant to even take a break for the delicious Maharashtrian lunch that had been organized for them. Post lunch students lazed around in tents to play some games until it was finally time to make the long journey home.
